In many modern vehicles—particularly electric vehicles (EVs)—a dead 12V auxiliary battery, a major collision, or an engaged electronic parking brake can entirely lock the drivetrain in place, making it impossible to shift the vehicle into neutral.

Trying to drag a locked vehicle onto a flatbed can cause severe tire, drivetrain, and underbody battery damage. These heavy-duty dollies resolve this by slipping around each wheel and, with a quick mechanical foot pedal action, lifting the tires completely off the ground onto high-capacity caster wheels. This allows recovery operators to effortlessly roll and maneuver the vehicle in any direction, making it easy to winch or position onto a transport bed without dragging the tires.
