Do I need to be a member to use your service?

No. We operate on a pay‑as‑you‑go basis. You only pay when you need us, with clear pricing agreed before we move.

How much will it cost?

Pricing depends on your location, vehicle type, the nature of the breakdown and the distance to your chosen destination. We’ll give you a firm quote before dispatching a vehicle.

Can you take passengers with the vehicle?

In most cases, yes, within the legal seating capacity of the recovery vehicle. We’ll confirm this when you call.

What if my vehicle is in a car park or tight space?

Let us know about height restrictions, tight access or underground car parks. We’ll send suitable equipment or discuss options if access is limited.

Can you recover my vehicle to any garage?

Yes. We can take your vehicle to your home, workplace or a garage of your choice, subject to distance and access.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards and contactless payments. In most cases, payment is taken on completion of the job.
